This paper evaluates the effectiveness of climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies in the face of climate change.  To what extent is mitigation better than adaption

While adaptation can help us deal with some of the impacts of climate change, it cannot stop or reverse the process. Therefore, mitigation is a more effective strategy for dealing with climate change.
