This paper discusses the various challenges faced by senior citizens in today’s society. Aging is an inevitable process, but it can be accompanied with many potential difficulties. One of the most common struggles for seniors is physical disability or chronic illness due to weakened immune systems, which can result in reduced mobility, difficulty performing daily activities, and a decrease in independence. As a result of this, elderly people may require extra assistance from family members or caregivers.
